Is included in the price of the service: a photo session lasting approximately two hours, carried out by Lo Kee in the studio or the workplace of an artist.

The service does not cover the reproduction of works in photos.

​

Payment must be made before the start of the session.

Either by bank transfer or by payment by SUM UP link, it is also possible to pay for the workshop in cash or by credit card at the start of the workshop.

In the event that you wish to cancel the session when you have already paid its amount. I undertake to reimburse you in full minus any transaction costs.

In the event that I cannot honor the service on the agreed date, I undertake to offer you a new date or to reimburse you for the entire service minus any transaction costs.

Ending the session before the end of it and for any reason whatsoever, does not open to a partial refund or a full refund.

In the event that you use the photographs from the session for your communication, the law requires you to constantly mention the name of their author.

​

Within the meaning of the Intellectual Property Code, I remain the inalienable author of the photographs resulting from the session. Nevertheless, I grant you the use of the photographs for an unlimited and international duration, as long as it remains within the framework:

- digital promotion (website, social networks, mailing campaigns, application files),

​

- advertising reproduction (leaflets, posters, business cards),
