Third week of the Photographic Chronicles.
Taking advantage of being in the Étoile district and the bad weather, I decided to climb to the top of the Arc de Triomphe to capture the view of Paris from above. As surprising as it may seem, in 30 years, it was only the second time I had climbed this monument dominating the most beautiful avenue in the world.

Then, it was on the side of Avenue Foch that I had a lot of fun. I took advantage of a light rain to capture atmospheres where characters, trees and buildings are revealed in almost unreal aspects.
Another highlight of my week was my stroll around Belleville, where I captured the lives of local residents through the hazy facades of bars and shops.
